Mrs. AN is having little hemorrhage from uterus. She has fear of death and she is sure that she will die. She had a frightful incidence and that fear remains in her now. She cannot seem to get over it.
She is having pains across abdomen. Pains are intolerable; they drive her crazy, worse in evening and at night. Pains are aggravated when rising from bed.
She feels giddy on rising from a recumbent position and she has to lie down again. She cannot remain up. On rising from bed her face becomes pale.
She has great fear and anxiety of mind. She afraid to go out, to go into crowd. Her countenance is expressive of fear.
Aconitum Napellus is the remedy.
